Happy Halloween! [Hyvää pyhäinpäivää!]

Time to party! Niko is happy it's finally Halloween and he's put on a party at Jake's house for everyone to attend, decking out Jake's apartment in Halloween decorations, making it even more gothic and spooky than usual. Why not have a party at a vampire's house while travelling on tour? It would be fun. Niko had help from some of the other musicians and wanted to surprise Jake with his special costume which he got from a decent store. The Finn dressed in a rather fetching Viking wolf costume which he hoped Jake would like.

There is party food, drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, cakes, sweets and small trick or treat bags for people to take away food if they wanted back to the tour buses.

"Hyvää pyhäinpäivää!"

That translated into "Happy Halloween for the non Finnish speakers.

"Happy Halloween!"

Traditionally, Niko's country celebrated All Saint's Day by lighting candles and remembering the dead that way. Yet, he was here in America and wanted to join in with the customs of many of the others, including dressing up and having a party. As well as food, drink and costumes there is also pumpkin carving available outside the apartment with the pumpkins lined up for people to have a go at.

"Everyone is free to have food, booze, carve pumpkins, party and have fun!"

He had heard that Bjorn had hosted the last Halloween party in LA and this one would be even better, now that there were more people.

"It isn't porn."

Gunnar just laughed, shoving the younger man slightly because it sounded ridiculous. Was it that dirty that he and Lex changed oil together inside of a truck? Of course the drunken boy would take it to that level.

"Lex needs to see me in this kinky lion costume."

The Swede grinned and looked around, wandering where his boyfriend was.

"So you can go do more truck porn?" Corey teased as he barely caught himself from the push. He was really drunk and it was hard to keep his balance as it was.

Corey was almost doubled over when he finally saw Jake sitting with Lex. Jake gave him an accusatory look which only made Corey giggle more. Lex didn't have costume so Jake has put him in a shirt covered in flames and a pair of devil horns he had laying around. He wasn't about to let his brother get away with no costume.

Gunnar wasn't going to let Corey know what certain people on the tour called the big Swede. "Truck fuck boy" had been circulating around and he knew it was probably either his band mates or his brother who started that chaos.

"There he is, sitting with Jake."

Was Lex wearing a costume? Not really. It was a flame t-shirt and some devil horns which was at least something. Gunnar knew Lex wasn't really the costume sort of guy.

"Hej, Lex. Jake."

Gunnar came up to the two and knew he probably looked a bit silly in his costume but he didn't care.

Corey patted Gunnar's ass again because he could. "Don't get kinkier than I am."

He winked at the Swede and went off. It left him with Lex looking up and cracking a smile, on the verge of laughing. Jake snorted and poked Lex. "OH! You're going to get some kitty tonight."

Lex instantly shoved Jake almost off the chair he was sitting on. "Don't you have a boy to serve?"

"Kitty? Fuck off, you kinky blood sucking bastard."

Gunnar just laughed when Lex shoved Jake off the chair because that definitely prodded at the Swede's pride. He didn't like people knowing he was the one that got fucked, even though Jake knew.

"Your coffin boy is probably waiting for your fangs."

The Swede shook his big hair and looked at Lex.

"I didn't dress you like a kitty. You did that yourself."

Jake snorting a laugh about the way Gunnar was behaving. "Just like you're waiting for my brother's cock." He shot back.

Lex gave Jake such a mean look that his laughter stopped. Jake might mess around with Gunnar but he was not about to deal with his brother getting pissed. "You two are such sticks. I'm just fucking with you."

"I'm a lion."

Gunnar just rolled his eyes and then noticed the look Lex gave to his brother. The Swede knew Jake was only messing but the name calling stung a little more than it would with most.

"You want to feel my lion strength, coffin man? Try me. Arm wrestle me. Right now."

The Swede had been drinking with Corey and was in an assertive mood.

"You might be on stage but you are my brother's lap kitty."

Jake was pushing his luck and Lex was getting more put out by his brother.

"Be careful, I bite." Jake was drunk too and that challenge was too much of a prod at his ego. "Fine. You want to lose?"

Lex grabbed his brother as he tried to stand up and shoved him back into the chair. "Both of you stop. You're both trashed."

"I'm no one's fucking lap kitty!"

Gunnar felt anger rise inside of him because he hated people calling him names and belittling him. Fuck that. He'd had enough of being teased and usually he'd be more calm but he'd been drinking and was more drunk than he thought.

"You'll be the one losing, vampire boy."

The Swede looked at Lex and knew this was pissing Lex off so Gunnar just huffed and made his way to the bar. He had to try and sober up before he did something he'd regret.

"Bullshit." Jake shot back. He was irritated too. "You need to fucking learn to take a joke. Everyone in this fucking house knows you are all weak in the knees for my brother."

Jake rolled his eyes in a way that made his relationship to Davy very visible. "Next you're going to be trying to tell me you didn't follow him around like a lost puppy for weeks."

"Enough, Jake." Lex raised his voice and Jake immediately shut up. "Go cool off, now."

Jake sighed and rolled his eyes again before getting up. "You need to fucking loosen up."

Jake's words were not reaching Gunnar's ears now because he was drunk and trying to drown it all out. He didn't want the whole fucking party to know what he and Lex got up to in their own private time. The lost puppy part also irritated the singer now that he was drunk and fucked off.

"Whatever."

Gunnar now mumbling under his breath in Swedish as he walked out of the door and into the cool night air. He had to try and calm down. He was drunk and couldn't control his emotions well at all right now. Fuck Jake and his words! Maybe he shouldn't have joined Corey in drinking booze because it was making him feel terrible.

Jake sighed wondering why both of them were being so tarty tonight. It was like having multiple Davys in the room. Still, he followed Gunnar outside.

"He didn't mean anything by it." Lex came up and ran his hand over Gunnar's shoulder.

"I know and I can't fucking help it. That booze Corey gave me it's---just making me angry and my emotions are all over the place."

Gunnar moved outside so he could stop himself from getting into a fight with Jake. That was the last thing he wanted to do. It was more the name calling and teasing that brought those emotions to the surface.

"The name calling just fucks me off. I've been belittled all my life by others just---I'm sorry."

The Swede was an emotional drunk and Lex was about to find that out.

Lex had never seen Gunnar drink. He couldn't even remember if he'd ever seen him with a beer or anything.

"He wasn't calling you names." Lex tried to explain and then shook his head. "He's really sexual and verbal. That's how he jokes around." He stroked the big Swede's back. "He does that to everyone he likes. He harasses them. From his perspective it is the exact opposite of belittling you."

"I just can't think."

Gunnar was frustrated that he was drunk and just wanted to sober up and be his normal self, rather than this growling, angry lion, waiting to sink his claws into Jake. He'd acted like a total fucking moron, hadn't he?

"Your brother is being his usual self I know---I just can't help feeling this way. The booze is fucking me over. Corey gave me Red Deaths."

"Corey is a mess." Lex sighed again. Of course his cousin had been pouring drinks down Gunnar's throat. That was nothing new.

"Why don't we go for a walk." Lex offered and slid his hand down Gunnar's arm. "Unless Jake was right and you are looking to work the drunk off some other way." Lex winked at him and stepped down off the porch, hoping Gunnar would follow along.

"He is a drunken, trashy boy."

Gunnar managed a small smile through his drunken haze of anger and frustration, as he slid an arm around Lex. A walk sounded good about now because the problem was he was surrounded by booze back at the house. The Swede hardly ever drank and now all the booze sloshing around in his stomach was causing havoc with his body.

"I want to be with you but----after sleeping this booze off."

The lion needed to take in some air and focus.

"He is. I'm honestly surprised he was drinking with you rather than trying to chat up some guy to get laid."

Lex didn't necessarily want to leave but he offered. "If you want to go early we can. I'm sure we could go take a nap and come back to a party still."

Lex knew that the rockstars were night owls and so was his brother. A walk would do them both good. Lex didn't need to sit around and drink either.

"He was trying to chat me up and kept touching my chest and biceps. I told him I was taken."

Gunnar knew Lex had to hear the truth and probably knew how trashy his cousin was so it wasn't much of a shock. What Lex was saying sounded like a good idea so the Swede nodded in agreement.

"The party has only just started so there is still time for us yet. We could come back later and by then I should be feeling more like myself."

The Red Deaths were obviously stronger than Gunnar had realised.

Lex tried to stop from laughing and failed. "Well, you're his type. Pretty, lots of hair, masculine. I'm glad he listened."

Lex knew Corey could be annoyingly persistent, especially if he was as drunk as Gunnar was.

"I can take us home for a nap." Lex stroked Gunnar's back. "I don't mind."

"I gathered he liked muscled masculine men like me."

Surely, he'd find some other single guy back at the party since there were a few. Gunnar had to practically push the boy off when he started trying to kiss him though. That part was awkward.

"He was looking for an easy lay and I wasn't it. Let's go back to your place."

Gunnar ran a hand through his big mane of hair and sighed.

"You should have seen the first time he met Jerry." Lex started to laugh. "Jerry didn't know what the hell to do with a 17 year old obsessed with him."

Lex headed toward where his car was parked n the street and ran his hand down Gunnar's back. "You are an easy lay for the right man."

He was trying to cheer the Swede up even if this wasn't usually how he talked. A little flirting wouldn't hurt.

"He tried to flirt with Jerry? What happened?"

That sounded like chaotic trash for sure with Gunnar now knowing what Corey was like around older guys. Was he into daddy kink? The singer just smiled to himself, as he leant in and kissed Lex's cheek.

"Do you think Corey is into daddy kink? Wanting a dirty daddy like that young Dane is?"

Everyone knew about Mikkel and his daddy, Sigurd.

"He was underage." Lex shook his head. "And Jerry was taken. I think Kristy took care of Corey. Kristy is Jerry's ex."

Lex got in the car laughing. "Corey is into anyone whose pants he can get into, especially when he's drunk. I'm sure someone else is dealing with him now."

Gunnar frowned at the underage part and knew Jerry was doing the right thing with not mucking around with a minor. The Swede had never been into dating men that were much younger than him.

"Corey is a nice enough boy but a little too much for me. I don't drink so couldn't really entertain him much."

The Swede guessed there would be someone back at the party who could. Right now, Gunnar really wanted a protein shake or something to take the taste of Red Death out of his mouth.

"Thanks for being here with me tonight."
